I am so proud to announce that I have been selected to the 2020 Tennessee Super Lawyers list. Super Lawyers is a service that rates only a few select attorneys in each state. Attorneys are selected based on their professional achievements and must have a high degree of peer recognition. The selection process is extensive and includes a survey of lawyers across the state, as well as an independent research evaluation of candidates based on their practice area.

About Me

Prior to starting my own practice in Tennessee in 1996, I gained legal experience working with the state’s Attorney General’s Office and was the in-house attorney for a major manufacturing company. Today, my law firm focuses on a number of different practice areas including divorce and family law, criminal defense, business law, and probate administration.

I am currently a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, but I have also served as its president in the past. I am a member of the Lawyer’s Association for Women, where I once served as treasurer, and I am licensed to practice in all state courts in Tennessee and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

I am happy to bring over 30 years of experience to every case I take, along with several areas of specialization. I am a trained Rule 31 Family Mediator in the state, and have helped families resolve their disputes through alternative dispute resolution since 1997. In 1995, I also became certified as a fire and explosion investigator with the National Association of Fire Investigators.
